1. Hazard Analysis of All Seafood Products

Control Sheets are kept on all product from the moment it enters our warehouse, where it is checked for temperature and product integrity, until it leaves our premises.


2. Standard Sanitation Operating Procedures (SSOP's)

Sanitation Logs and all MSDS Sheets are maintained on a regular basis to ensure that no contaminates reach our product during the processing and packing stages.


3. Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's)

All employees are properly trained in Good Manufacturing Practices, which include proper attire for the handling of seafood as well as the use of hand and boot dip stations.
 
Controls

These practices are strictly enforced by Quality Control and Plant Management as important steps in our goal to making Hygrade Ocean Products, Inc. a leader in product excellence and plant cleanliness.

In addition to the above FDA compliance, Hygrade Ocean Products, Inc. can offer USDC product inspection certificates upon request, and is E.U. Certified.
